The staff here has done a great job with this site. Everything here is organized nicely and the skins are great. I see a lot of negativity in the feedback forum and a lot of complaining but in my opinion all the work you guys have done is great and it shows.

There is always room for improvement for any person and any site. Feedback is generally negative because it is more constructive to point out percieved faults than it is to praise the status-quo.
