It does include the other folders such as the sent folder.

If you go into your inbox, it should have a bar whit different colors. I believe if you have any green, you will have inbox space. I can't think of the colors right now, but no green means you need to clear folders out.

Quite why it would say 100% I really don't know, it's standard vb functionality, not something we have done or changed.
