Using Impex with PHPNuke and BBtoNuke to convert to vBulletin

Hello, I recently bought vBulletin and wanted to transfer some posts, users, and files from my old website www.fantasy-pc.com from the forums to vBulletin using Impex.

Now I am not that good at programming and have a Site Programmer for me, he is not sure if it is compatible.

So my question is, does Impex support the integration/conversion of PHPNUKE bbtonuke forums to vBulletin?

We have PHP-Nuke Platinum CMS, which includes a bbtonuke modification so we can allow the use of phpBB 2.0.21.

And I have vBulletin 3.6.7 the latest stable version.
