Can i add this when someone has been banned?

I want to add this when the thing comes up saying You have been banned for the following: at the far right i want this image
How do i do that?

Change the phrase for nopermission_banned

to:

<p>You have been banned for the following reason:<br />
{1}</p>

<p>Date the ban will be lifted: {2}<img src="http://images.habbohotel.co.uk/c_images/album1358/frank_stop_001.gif" alt="[whatever alt text you want]" /></p>

Replace [whatever alt text you want] with alt text for your image.
