Automatic email notification on account promotion

Hi all,

Is there a mod that enables automatic email notifications to forum users whose accounts have been auto-promoted? I want to set up a "forum veteran" account type based on post count, but it wouldn't make much sense without users getting an automatic explanatory email once they get promoted.
