Making a post sticky

If I am making a post on my site as an Admin how can I make my post sticky?

I cannot wait until one day when I ask tough questions!!!

There is a drop down on the thread page called "Thread Tools," click that Link and select Stick Thread and then click Perform Action, and voila, the thread is stuck .

You can also Stick and Close a thread when creating it.
