White Page at Arcade.php

I just installed this mod, and it went okay.

I played a few games, but never finished.

A moderator said she played 4 games and refreshed to see if the scores submitted, and got a white page.

Now I can't even view arcade.php without the white page blocking me.

I overwrited the arcade.php with the original one and still got a white page.

Any ideas why?
