Greetings All,

I have looked up and down within the admin, and cannot find out how to get / let registered users upload a custom avatar. Administrator accounts can, but the registered user are not offered the ability / option within their accounts. Help!

Go to Usergroups, then Usergroup Manager, then Registered Users and make sure this option says yes 'Can Upload Custom Avatars'. It should then work.
