Problem installing

I did a fresh install but it timed out.. the [............] points installing the product never ended, so I stoped it

Then I did all again, but get the SQL duplicate entries...

Questions

1. How can I clean that?
2. How can I avoid that time out? Pherphaps doing the install manually?
