Ive seen this done on various forums and some skins and im just wondering if there is general addon/hack available for it.

You can see an example here

Id like the last post in the forum description, and the link to the last post on the right hand side exactly how it is displayed on that site.

Any help is appreciated

Just now tried to find it in the 3.6 and 3.5 template mod forums but no luck. If anyone has some tips for this it would be great.
