Hello all,
I have a small problem I was hoping you could help me out with. My current configuration on my server only allows 2mb php upload file size limit and I have some files that are much larger that i need to post as attachments so non reg'd users can not download them. If I upload directly via ftp how can I then link to them in an attachment? Sorta like hotlinking from my own site. Thanks in advance. |

Just manually add them to your database (and filesystem if you keep attachements on disk).

This will not work on shared hosting, and where you do not have root access.
