I'm simply wondering/looking for a way to make it so that Super Moderators can not post in closed threads any longer. I've gone through all the permissions I can think of and I still can't seem to find this, please direct me in the right direction.

There isn't a way without creating a modification, you should post a request in the "Modification Not Available?" section.
