Can somebody tell me how to change 'sticky' word color for sticky thread.. Like here we see their color is red..Thanks for help..

Thats a CSS addition, forget the name of the hack, do a search for "sticky css"

There is also a CSS style one where it colors the entire cell, but you can search for that one.
