How many of you do this for a living?

I've been doing this as a direct living for 4 years now and I must say, for a 25yr guy I'm making good change.



I'd like to know who else does this for a living.

Eh, I think you and I are doing it right, you shouldn't have time to get bored. If you are bored, move into a new market.

I plan on moving into 6 new markets this next year, and so far I have in my 3 that I own thus far. I even have 2 paid employees, who knew it would go this far, heh.
