This is a simple Mod 2 help others with balloon tooltips...
If NE-body has ideas on making this better,,, go 4 it... It could use some more stuff, but I didn't have time 2 make many changes... It works...

Thanks guys, it could use some improvements...
But 4 now it gets the job done... I shall update it when I have more time... Some of the Balloons need enflating upwards...
