Is this a mod?

Is there a mod available where when you receive a private message the "1 unread" message under the welcome area can flash a different color???

I hope that was clear... How can this be done?

yes, there's a mod for VB 3.6 called "advanced PM's" or something to that tune. you'll find it in the mod section.
