I know a forum that i really do not own but i am the webmaster there. I didn't buy it i just make sure it gets modded and stuff. Now the problem is that we had 12000+ members and after a little crash only 1000+ and they aren't even active.
We want to know if there is any way to improve activity on the site... Link: http://whatsoeverforum.com Thanks, Whatsoever Show Your Support

personally i think you should listen to your membes, some are showing concern with the shout box etc...
this is a good example of why you should back up your database once a week when your running a large website. as a webmaster you arent doing too well.

Too many forums. The paypal thing is bad because of the way you wrote that. What is their incentive to donate exactly?

You could work on your website SEO. remove the "powered by vBulletin: in the title bar would be a good start

IMHO, there's no real IMAGE I see that would make me stay on that site. Yeah I know we are webmasters but we are humans. I would brighten it up and remove all the useless hacks and that PayPal donation just looks out of place?
