I have converted webmaster forum from smf to VB and I would appreciate your suggestions concerned with forum attraction.

Way too many forums. I said this in my last post too, but you need to slim down the number of forums that you have until you get some solid traffic and a LOT more posts. Otherwise your site looks rather inactive, because you have a lot of forums with very few posts instead of a handful of more "full", busy-looking forums which will attract new members.

Also, I can't say I dig the cyan outline, and your header image looks kind of just stuck on there, since the background of the page is grey vs the purple border around your logo. You've got white, blue, purple and cyan - kind of an odd mishmosh of colors, but of course that's just my opinion.
