Default Description Meta Tag
Where do I go to add a description metatag?

I am using vbulletin 3.6.7

I also need to add key words, robots, and author metatags.

The two fields there, "Meta keywords" and "meta description" already have information I have filled in. When I ran my site through a site optimization page, I was given the following report:

Description: found no description in meta tag

keywords: found no keywords in meta tag

robots: found no robots in meta tag

Author: found no author in meta tag

If meta keywords and meta description are already filled in, why doesn't the site optimization page detect them?

And what about robots and author?

How do I include robots in the metatag?

How do I include author in the metatag?

Don't bother with silly tools like those, they are only for the non-informed.

If you have filled in the Meta tags as per tobybird's post, you are set to go.
