Social Bookmarking for threads

Hey guys,

On many v-bulletin forums and blogs you will notice social bookmarking icons (i.e. dig, delicious, furl, reddit, etc). I think that VBSEO allows this feature. I have VBSEO, I can enable that feature if I want and it puts several social bookmarking icons under each post. I think that is not good though as you are creating about 5 outbound links for every post. Multiply that by 100,000 posts for your average-sized board and you've got 500,000 outbound links. That's more than the average boards inbound links and I don't think that's a good thing.

I go to another board called SEO Chat. They have this social bookmarking "thing" whereby they have social bookmarking icons for each thread (not post) and also, when you wave your mouse over those icons, it appears that they are not actually image links. I am going to put in a photo of what I am talking about below. I did not find that mod available here. Maybe I missed it. Do any of you guys know what mod this is or how to do what they did there to create those social bookmarking icons that do not appear to be image links?
