social networking rating system

Can someone please suggest a rating, commenting system for a social networking site?

I have been thinking about putting up a dating site. If members meet face to face, I would like the ability for those members to post a comment on each others profile and give each other a rating where all the other members can see it.

Example:
Comment - this guy was a retard, and drank too much.

Rating - F

Both of which should appear on the members profile for members to see.
