i need to create a page that uses my forum's standard header/footer/theme, but the body of the page is a bunch of text. basically, i want to create an "about" page for the forum describing what the forum is all about etc..

i'm not a php whiz at all, but is there some easy way to create a basic php page like this using the forum header/footer/theme?
