how would i go about changing my navbar which is in the header, to make it so it as 8 drop down menus

for example
home
forum
team
results
sponsors
statistics
links
about us

my navbar is contained in the header

id like to move the navbar above the header image aswell and also get rid of the other links and just have 8 dropdown menus

none of those seem to work i can only get one custom dropdown menu working at the same time and ive followed all the instructions and im now on the default vbulletin skin and the same is still happening
