How do I alter the standard welcome message?

On the front page of my forum the message reads:

Welcome to the Fencing Forum.
If this is your first visit, be sure to check out the FAQ by clicking the link above. You may have to register before you can post: click the register link above to proceed. To start viewing messages, select the forum that you want to visit from the selection below.

I now have integrated my forum into Drupal and I need people to register through Drupal as the link between the two only works one way.

Is there any way to change the standard text so I can display a link to the drupal registration form?

Look in the template 'welcome_headers'.
