Top25 players & v3 skin new window

I just upgraded my arcade to ibProArcade v2.6.1+ and I would like to add the (open in new window) option to the v3 skin, how do I do this?

I would also like to know how to make it so it shows the top 25 players in the arcade, I had a mod that did this, but when I reinstalled it, it changed my ibProArcade v2.6.1+ to v2.5.9+ and I don't want that, I just want to add the top 25 players back in.
