How to edit the arcade page - Instruction column..etc

Hey
I wanted to add advertisement to the arcade page in a view places..but cant find the templates to edit in my Admin panel..can anyone help me out? I want to be able to edit the Right column that is shown on every game page..with instructions and stuff...And i want to edit something at teh TOP of each game... Thanks Show Your Support
