vb quotes/jokes in header

Any add on so tht quotes or jokes can be added in top of the forum,
it must be in such a way, tht the quote/joke changes every 24hrs.
We feed all the jokes/quotes in the plugin, so it uses them rapidly & a facility to add more content to the plugin too.

for version 3.6.x compatible.
