Hi there. I used to get a lot of automated spam bots but after installing nospam! plugin it stopped greatly. However occasinally I get spams made by real humans advertising their TV products etc..

How do you guys stop these spams?

in ur admin cp activate "verify email" and also make sure ur image verification is working

Yer but these spams are made by humans. My setup has stopped all the automated ones. I event set up so that a new user can';t post links.

It could be my image verification is outdated..? It's a standard version..

geez most spammers use a bogus email so with email veification that gets them 99.9% of the time! ill see if i can make you something or find you somehting! im sure other members will also give you some tips
