Could This Be A Proxy Server In Use?

Reverse DNS authenticity: [Could be forged: hostname apointe-a-pitre-104-1-8-151.w81-248.abo.wanadoo.fr. does not exist]

If it doesn't exist...does it mean it could be someone sigin in using a proxy?
