iframe or something... it is a bit off in the header thou. To make it simular, just use <div> tags and classes.. you do not need classes, but it would be easier to edit.

You should look at header and footer tends to move around... They are grabbing it from another site

If they're grabbing things from another site, they're using a few plugins.

The script they are using is probably custom coded.
