Help needed with "Searching posts by user" - Database ERROR !

Whenever i try to search "Posts by user" through member profile
or the search option i get the error :

Fatal error: Call to undefined function parseHide() in /XYZ/ABC/board/search.php on line 2534

I think this might be due to a badly installed mod but havent been able to figure it out. This is really killing the reputation of my board, any help offered is really appreciated !

I would suggest having a look at line 2534.
