father moderator does NOT auto becomes child board's moderator?

I find that why

moderator of father forum will AUTOmatically becomes child board's moderator?

any way to modify this@@?

it is REALLY wield that they automatically become BM of children board

It is like if you are a mayor of NY, your title is always

Mayor Bloomberg, George W Bush

I just see 3.8.2, father moderators still automatically becomes child forum's moderators
