Using standard vBulletin guests are already required to provide a name to post a message (if allowed).

It would allow guests to get notified of replies to threads if they could enter an email address.

My mistake. I thought your question in post 7 was directed to me. I know understand that you were directing it to the developer.

I see that you are wondering what the purpose of this mod if a standard vbulletin installation already requires a name to be entered before posting.
