Looking for Preconfigured Post Format Hack

I have one forum in which when the user clicks New Topic, I want some text headings to pop into the empty post when it is displayed. For example, in the Projects forums, when the user clicks New Topic (and NOT Reply), I want this text to be placed in the blank post screen:

Heading 1

Heading 2

Detail

Is there anything like that out there?
