Replacement Variables

I'm looking for an add-on that allows me to have text replace text.

Say in censorship:

F*ck becomes Fark.

Or Sh*t becomes crap.

Is there one out there that I am just missing?

This would be nice rather than the ****t in place. I would like this too.
