pay-by-phone checkout and other checkout options

Members on my site have been requesting for a pay-by-phone checkout option and direct credit card options that dont use paypal, and just other options as well.

Well, what other checkout options do you include (apart from paypal) and why?

Also, is there any pay-by-phone checkout options available on the net at all? If so which one would you recommend?
