Default Removing Powered By vBulletin in Title Bar
Can I remove the Powered by vBulletin in the title bar legally?

I do own an owned license...

Since its an option in VB to do so, I'm guessing it's perfectly fine

edit: i heard it has to be removed threw a template.

you need to edit the x_powered_by_vbulletin phrase
