I think you should change the stars to something else because it doesn't match your forum's niche.

After your welcome message add a break so it's not touching the first category. I also suggest adding a "colspan" for "Welcome to the Computer Forums."

I don't mind the counter at the bottom because it's at the bottom but maybe selecting a different image set.
