Need some help with a style issue?
Ok, I was having trouble with my default style not liking the posting interface! So I created a new style, with no parent, and the issue was resolved!
My question now is when I select that style, non of my hacks are obviously associated with the new style! Is there an easy way to associate all of my hacks/mods to the new style, or how do I go about doing this? I have done somthing like this in the past, but used the default as a parent style! This time I have a new style with no parent? Thanks in advance for answers or suggestions!!!! Thanks! Anybody that can help me with this it would be greatly appreciated? |

If they are template edits then you will have to apply them all manually to your new style, as changes are usually applied to the style currently assigned as the forum default style.
When you had other styles as child styles to the original style, hacks applied to that style would be inherited by the child styles apart from if there were any alterations to the child styles templates directly. There is no way currently for all styles to be updated simultaneously, unless some creates a hack to do it. |
