clustered servers schedule help needed please

Hi guys,

I was wondering, if you have two servers running vbulletin against one database server, is there a way to just run vbulletin's scheduled tasks from one of the servers? This is required or else there will be a conflict right?

please, thankful if anyone has a clue.
