i dont possess (never planned &never welling) to have a forums, but i like to read posts in order to satisfy somethin inside.
can i keep this membership for memories? ! and if yes, for how long ?

There is no time limit you just cant view images and cant download.

on this community, you can view things, post in "some" specific public forums, but it is a code targeted forum, so this is why we have a targeted public...

actually if your interest is to read and share, you can find a lot more communities writing toward the topics you're interested in... just search the word vbulletin on google.
