I can run on my vBulletin Version 3.5.4 that will take a look at all ip addresses and alert me if any members are ghosting (using 2 or more usernames)?

You'd have to come up with some of your own PHP to query those two tables to look for matches.

there is hack named login tracker which shows if some 1 is loged in with username
