How do I add an admin but still remain in control of the forum?

Default

Users > Select User > Add To Primary Usergroup 'Administrators' >

Now...

Usergroups > Administrator Permissions > Select the User you gave Admin status > Edit Permissions

Any other permissions for Admin would be set in the config file.
