modos check box

Hello , Is there a way to add a check box , or another field on moderated threads , example , if i have 100 threads in ( testing forum ) , i want to allow mods to click on a button that say this thread got moderated (edited ) and so the other mods know that it is ..

note : for vb 3.6.5
