Hi Mr Zeropage, or anyone else that can help

I payed for the license to be removed from my ibProArcade, and would like to remove the branding, but have not yet had a reply from my email.

I really want to get it done before I open my arcade, so can any one either tell me how it is done, or if they know how long approximately I might have to wait for my email that tells me how to do it.
