Upgrading from InvisionFree?
I couldn't find any good threads about it so here's one. I got a quote from them for $135. Once I get the file or whatever they give will there be a lot of problems? Is there something else that I will have to do as well? If anyone else has ever done a conversion can you tell me what to expect? I just want to see if it's really worth all the money and hassle.

If they give you the SQL backup, then the conversion should be fairly simple using Impex.
Use Invision 1.3 -> vBulletin 3.6.5, and it should work. The only known problem is that all the users will have to change their passwords upon login. Good luck! |

do it
i did it and it was confusing to me. but the vbulletin staff was REALLY helpful. as long as you show them you are really trying and putting some type of effort in they will glady assist you. some mods may even convert and install it for you. i had my board running the very night i bought vbulletin and got my invisionfree conversion |
