Arcade keeps logging users out of forum

I have vbulletin 3.6.5 and ipbroarcade 2.6.1 installed. There is a problem with members getting logged out when playing the arcade or submitting scores. I tried the remember me function and got others to try it but no use. I even looked for solutions in the support forum but they have not helped. Can anyone help please? Myself and other members tried it on both internet explorer 7 and Firefox.
