User Reputations (mod?)

I would like to change the requirement for the green dots in the user "post bits" I think its called.

I believe the setting right now is after 100 points, you get an extra green dot. I would like to lower that to say, 10 per dot. Or make it so each user rep is worth more than 1 point. So that they get to 100 quicker.

I asked this over at www.vbulletin.com but they referenced me here. Could somebody please help?
