Import/Merge

Can somebody give me an explanation on how I go about merging posts, members and categories from phpBB to vBulletin? I read the HOWTO guide but it didn't really help. It wasn't in English. I just moved mine over two days ago, everything went pretty well, except i have to learn use the VB control panel now.. The whole process took about 2 hours. Its actually quite easy.
