I am searching for rating system
I want to make a democratic system to allow members to elect their forum moderator , I don't want the members to rating the articles or replays to other members , but I want to make members to rating other members themselves.
So , the member who is collect the most number of ratings, will be candidate to become a moderator.
Can I find a plugen , product or hack to do that?
